Bob's Easter

I am a bit behind on my blogging so here is a little Easter and haircut update in one!

First, the haircuts. I took the girls to a place call The Cookie Cutter to get their hair cut. When we pulled up Ashlin asks me "Mom, what store is this?" I told her, "this is where we are going to get your hair cut." Ashlin says, "Finally! I have been asking for a bob for like ever! Come on Rachel, lets go!"

When it is Ashlin's turn to sit in the seat the hairdresser turns to me and asks, "So what are we going to do today." Ash quickly responds, "A bob!" The hairdresser looks at me, and I say, "I guess listen to the little lady."

Rachel had a lot of fun sitting the the pink car (we had to wait for it too because it was the only one she wanted). Rach sat perfectly still like a statue the whole time. She just got a trim.

When we got home, Ash runs to the mirror in her bathroom. I hear her telling herself how cute her haircut is. When she comes out she tells me, "Mom, when I was looking at myself in the mirror, I thought to myself, I don't look 4, I look 6 with my new haircut."

I will give you 5 Ashlin, but not 6! don't grow up on my too fast!!!

Alyssa and her kids did an early Easter because the kids are heading to Kentucky for their Spring Break. So we all did an Easter Egg hunt. Everyone had a blast!

Easter dresses. I let the girls pick out their own Easter dresses this year, and they loved it. Rachel knew exactly which one she wanted and never varied, while Ashlin kept switching between several, but finally decided on this cute blue one.

Ashlin's bob is adorable!! She does look older. All the kids are so cute! Ryan acts like a little man all stretched out with his hands behind his head surrounded by girls. I miss the kids so. They have all grown so much since I have seen them last.
